SMART JEWELRY SHOW WEBSITE

In today’s fast paced, time constrained world, your success at the show depends on reaching the retailer long before they arrive at in Chicago. The SMART Jewelry Show website is a cost effective way to get your name in front of retailers early — and a great foundation for a program that will compel buyers to stop by your booth.

LEADERBOARD ADS

Place your rotating banner ad (limit 3 banner ads) front and center on all The SMART Jewelry Show website pages for every visitor to see. Exhibitor must provide your banner ad to The SMART Jewelry Show in a GIF or JPEG format measuring 573 x 100 pixels. Banner ad materials must be received five days prior to going live on the website. SIDE BANNER ADS

Place banner ad on The SMART Jewelry Show website for retailers to see while they're reading blogs, checking out the latest news or doing pre-show research. Please provide a GIF or JPEG banner ad measuring 193 x 250 pixels. Materials must be received five days prior to going live on the website.

SHOW GUIDE

The 2012 Show Guide will be mailed to the full INSTORE circulation list of 22,500 retailers and all pre-registered retailers in March to assist them in planning for the show. This is a great opportunity to show the retailers what you will be presenting at the show and pique their interest before they arrive in Chicago. Additional copies will also be distributed on-site at the show.

MAGAZINE ADVERTISING

Enhance your exposure in our March issue and the at-show April issue with ads in INSTORE and INDESIGN. Contact your sales representative for the best rates available.

RETAILER NEWSLETTERS

Six weeks before The SMART Jewelry Show opens, we send weekly updates to all of the pre-registered retailers as well as thousands more who subscribe to our INSTORE e-mail circulation list. This newsletter provides tips and tricks for having a successful buying experience at the Chicago event, along with other useful show-related information.

LEADERBOARD BANNER AD

Grab the top ad spot and be the first thing retailers see when they open our bulletins. These premium-location banner ads link directly to your website and are limited to one per newsletter on a first-come, first-served basis. Finished artwork to be supplied by exhibitor five days prior to send date. Banner ad size is 570 x 60 pixels.

LADDER BANNER ADS

Place your message in one of only three banners ads in the show’s weekly retailer newsletter — and link it directly to your website. Ads will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis. Finished artwork to be supplied by exhibitor five days prior to send date. Banner ad size is 250 x 264 pixels.

DIRECT MAIL

Reach buyers first by including your message with the badges that are mailed to retailers. This is a must-open envelope, so you're guaranteed great exposure with this marketing opportunity. Insert measures 3.5" H x 8.5" W. Design, production and shipping and handling are not included in the cost.

HANGING BANNERS

Display your company name and logo in strategic locations throughout the show and venue lobbies. Contact your INSTORE/INDESIGN sales representative for locations and prices.

AISLE SIGN BANNERS

Have your company promotion hanging above just one aisle, two aisles or all the aisles for every retailer to see.

SIGNS PLACED THROUGHOUT THE SHOW

In the lobby, entrance and main cross aisle, retailers can’t miss your promotion on one of these 38" W x 84" H signboards.

SHOW BAGS

Not only will the show bags be carried around the show, hotels and the city for everyone to see, but they'll also be taken back to the retailers store, providing you with additional exposure. Design is to be submitted by the exhibitor.

SHOW BAG INSERTS

Have a special announcement placed in the show bags that are given to retailers as they enter the show. Design, production and shipping costs are the responsibility of the sponsor. The show will make sure your insert is placed in the bag. Insert can be double-sided and printed on 8.5" x 11" paper.

TREASURE HUNT

The exhibitors sponsoring the SMART Treasure Hunt will be given a small sign to place in one of their showcases. Retailers will have to find all four signs throughout the show and receive stamps on their Treasure Hunt Card from the sponsors. When a retailer has collected all four stamps, they will turn in the card at the INSTORE booth for a chance to win an iPad in a drawing.

EXHIBITOR PRODUCT DISPLAYS

Near the front entrance or in Town Square, display up to 10 pieces of your product line in provided showcases for all to see. Each exhibitor receives their own museum display case that measures 64†tall, 20†deep and 30†long. Displayers and showcase decorations are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
